Data we process
The site does not use cookies, analytics or tracking cookies. There are no accounts and no forms.
If you write to the address above, we process the email address and the message only to reply. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract at your request, and legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f). Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with the request.
Hosting is GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA, a Microsoft subsidiary), with a copy on Cloudflare Pages. GitHub, like Cloudflare, may record technical connection data, such as the IP address, in logs needed to run and secure the service, under its own notice. Transfer of this data outside the European Union takes place with appropriate safeguards (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Arts. 15-22) by writing to fogliopef.team@gmail.com, and you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
There is no newsletter. Payment and delivery of the models take place on Gumroad, the sole processor of those operations, which handles the related data under its own terms.
