Models are sold on Gumroad, which is the merchant of record: it handles payment, the invoice and VAT.

For digital content, the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost when the download or access begins, with the express consent given at checkout (Article 59, letter o, of the Italian Consumer Code).

Any refunds follow Gumroad's policy. If a file is defective, write to fogliopef.team@gmail.com: we correct or replace it.

The licence allows personal and professional use. Reselling the files is not allowed.
